And that these are all, and that everything that's in your life is affecting you in such a way and is not a part of you that will free you up so, so much. Right? So for example, right this time I actually have my phone next to me.

So if you're watching the YouTube video, you'll see that I'm having my phone up here right next to me, right? This is my phone, right? Does this, is this phone me? Now that's probably a pretty dumb question. Of course, the phone is not you, right? My car outside. Is that car me? No, that car is not me. So what, what, what, what, what?

So you're probably questioning what in the world is he even trying to get? Of course the phone is not him. His car outside is not him. What does that mean? It means I am detached from it. I don't hold myself to my car so tightly that it's saying that, Oh my God, if my car were to were to break down tomorrow and need a new car, I don't, I don't know what I would do with myself.

Right. Now don't get me wrong, I absolutely love my car. My car is, My car is fantastic. I love my car a lot, but I don't love it to the point. I think that that literally is me. At the end of the day, it's still a car.

At the end of the day, my phone is still just a phone. If this phone drops and the screen cracks, will I be very upset? Yes, I will be upset that the screen cracked and I will be upset at my negligence of taking care of my expensive technology. But at the same time, I remember the phone is just the phone. It is just a tool.

I can get another one. They made millions of those kind of phones. Of course there's another one out there. Okay? I am detached from it. Okay? And that's the point I want to get at to you there. Detachment is power. So one more time, including the bonus. Money is not happiness, but it helps. Number two is to not let emotion override your intelligence.

Point number three is that great things take time and point number four is that detachment is power. And guys, that is where I'm going to leave this week's episode.
